where is answer? Software FPL does not work!!

where is answer? Software FPL does not work!! it does not work since end of February!!!!!!!

every time do test connection.

Results: Server temporary unavailable.


It was working ok before end of February.

It was working ok before end of February.

Softphone version 3.2.6 Not working since Feb 27, 2013 on two different computers.

Test connection 17/03/2013

Status: Done

Results: Server temporary unavailable.

Data Transfer: Unable to send/receive sound data! Port 13000 should be available.

Possible reasons:
1. Call service temporary unavailable.
Please excuse us for your inconvieience. The service will be available soon.
Possible upgrade to the VOIP server is being applied at this moment.

This should have been the message back on Feb. 27, 2013, rather than blow smoke up my ass having to contact my ISP. Very un-proffessional support. This lack of support service has me looking at another VOIP service.
