I want to set a voicemail on the phone. When I go in app it doesn't show me the options. Can I get it set please?

Its automatically on the FPL line. It just a matter of how many rings you can set before it goes into voice mail. If you have voicemail on your line you will get the Stutter Tone or a Fast Beep, dial *98 and you go into your voice mail.
To set you voicemail options, you do it from your phone when you dial *98, listen to the voice prompts and you can set you own welcome message and navigate through the options but only from you phone itself.
