My mom says she has to reboot her ATA every day, sometimes multiple times a day in order to get it so the voice doesn't constantly break up when making a call. They have a 5mbps DSL connection and I have told them to stop any downloading when on the phone. I have noticed if I pause netflix when I use the phone is really helps. She has one of the Bell 2Wire DSL modems/routers, and her ATA goes into that. Is there anything else we can try?
I hate not having the phone in support any more. It's a pain explaining to my mom how to sign up for an account on the forum and post a question. They tried emailing support@fongo.com but never received a response back.

Thanks I had them make the change and it didn't initially seem to help. There were still really chopping calls for a day or two after. Today and yesterday seem to be fine though. Not sure what the deal is.
