Hello,
Apple iPhone 5 iOS 6.1.2 (newest).
Fongo version 2.1.0.70
I'm having issues where if my Fongo app is not actually launched (authenticated/open/etc) then it no longer Rings on incoming calls. I need to have my app open to actually hear the rings. This is a huge inconvenience because i like to save my battery by closing all apps (fongo chugs battery in particular). At best I'll get a notification of a missed call, but no actual ring / sound. Sometimes not even a notification. Thank god I have an auto-forward rule so it goes to my actual cellular number, but this defeats the purpose. And yes - Auto sign-in and authenticate is enabled, so its not like my app is always logged-out either. Keep in mind, everything worked before on the previous Fongo version.
I've done the following:
- Confirmed notifications on in Settings (nothing changed from before)
- Sounds on
- Ringer ON
- Logged out of app, signed back in
- Rebooted phone
- Slam head against wall
This didn't use to happen with the previous Fongo version, i wish i can roll back now... This is definitely something with the new version.
It's a big problem for me. Please let me know what i can do!!!
