My aastra480i can not register to FPL
I have 2 Bell Dry loop lines. 2 routers are same setup. 480i can register through one of them, another one is denied. But another sip phone can register FPL through these 2 Bell line, How to resolve?

How long has it been denied for? (I assume you are getting a 401 response) and what is your registration time set at?

Re: My aastra480i can not register to FPL
If I read what you have put right -
You have two FPL accounts at your place. One is fine but the other won't register. The account that won't register will register if you use a SIP phone. Is this right?
If it is, the first thing I would try is swapping the login details over in your two devices you have there. This should tell you if there is a problem with the equipment or the account.
I am also thinking that your timers might be causing you a problem. Personally I believe they started to block connections that tried to re register too quickly. If your renewal time is every 15 seconds that is well below what they ask for. In the SIP settings it says at least 180 seconds, but this page says more http://support.freephoneline.ca/entries ... redentials
What I am wondering is if they are blocking your account because it is trying to register every 15 seconds and they see it is hammering the server.
I think first I would swap the details over in your two ATAs and see where the problem is then, and then probably do a factory reset and reprogram if it looks like the problem lies with the ATA.

Re: My aastra480i can not register to FPL
Exactly, I have 2 same Aastra480i sip phones, 2 FPL accounts,2 other sip accounts,2 Bell internet lines and 2 Bell routers. I had checked all setup is same. But Only 1 Bell line can register FPL ,another Bell line can not make FPL register correctly. But the 2 other sip account can registered in both 2 Bell lines.
Plus, this phenomenon was happened since Feb 2013. Beginning , both 2 FPL accounts can't register together, after some days, One of them recovered.
By the way, The 2 Aastra480i sip phones have same setting, renewal time 15. One is OK that is confused.
Keep Alive Interval: 20 seconds* ,, 20s is recommended by FPL ??

Re: My aastra480i can not register to FPL
Apart from checking the settings you have not said what you have done to try and find where the problem is. As I mentioned before I would swap the login details around which might show you something. At a bare minimum I would swap the phone over so they are running though the other router.
I was a fault finder in alarm systems for many years and swapping known working items for suspect items was one of the fastest way to narrow down what might be wrong.
If you don't want to try swapping stuff around, on the non working account change the SIP server to voip2.freephoneline.ca instead of voip.freephoneline.ca

OK, It was registered after I have changed the renewal to 60s.

Do you have another IP for FPL? which I can register 2 FPL account via 1 internet connection.

Re: My aastra480i can not register to FPL
The two sip servers are voip.freephoneline.ca and voip2.freephoneline.ca They are supposed to be mirrors of each other, but as people will tell you here the voip2 server seems more reliable.zhuanglm wrote:OK, It was registered after I have changed the renewal to 60s.

You can register 2 accounts on the same connection. I have 3 that I play with and they are sometimes all connected on the same server.

Re: My aastra480i can not register to FPL
OK, voip2 server is enough. I have tried registered 2 FPL on the same connection. but one of them can not get incoming call. It seems that sip protocol can not identified 2 inner IP
