New SIP Configuration

Hi!
I currently have Freephoneline and i received an email today to make some changes in the SIP configuration.
I have a Linksys SPA2102 and i don't know much how to configure it.

Can someone post some printscreens to see how to make the modifications, i really don't want to make an error in this.

All you help would be very appreciated.

The pdf file in the link below shows what needs to be set on your ata.

This other link will show pictures of the SPS2102 configuration Menu.The settings may be different than in the pdf file as they are older settings, if there is any differences use the settings in the pdf file as they are correct.
