Before, if I have any problem with the freephoneline, I can call them and they were very helpful to answer me. But now, after fongo pruchased Freephoneline, there is no more phone support. What is going on?????
I have problem with the home phone, I can hear the other side, but the other side can't hear me well or broken as they said. I can't get the fongo or freephoneline for personal help. Very bad customer service.
What is going on?????

I have already PM you, but no one call me back. Very bad service. A telephone service provider without a phone service number for the customer to call for assisstant???? What a joke.
