How to access my voicemail from a remote phone?

I have tryied to call 6473673677
First of all, system asked me to enter user ID, I use 1416477XXXX, seyem prompt me to enter password then.
I have tried SIP password in my profile...incorrect.
Tried account password which associated wtih may E-mail account I registered with FPL...incorrect again.

Which password I should use? I guess it should be "account password"? because a lot of FPLer use softphone which means they don't have SIP password.
