Help - can't download app

Hi,

I bought an unlocked Galaxy Y Duos and google play tells me that I can't download the Fongo app. I have no idea what the problem is.

I have the fongo app on my ipod touch and my wifes iphone but it won't me download to this device and tells me it's not available in my country which is weird because the phone is brand new and I've got a roger sim card in it.

The app should work fine on this phone as people are running it on older android phones no problem.

Is there a way to get the apk file so I can just install this app or what? This is driving me nuts. I've never run into this problem before with an app. What country does it think I'm in? I've tried everything I can think of. I tried downloading from a computer (on shaw), I tried from the phone in the app store (where I can download other apps no problem).
