I did recommend "freephone line" to a friend of mine
Since I already have an account hooked with a Linksys PAP2 module.
I bought another PAP2 for him and I configured like mine. from freephoneline works fine in and out no issues, but I cannot hear people calling me.
so I thought could be the problem with the PAP2 that I bought it for him.
I did another test, I entered his configuration into my PAP2 and have the same result while mine is working ok!
At the lignt of this, ports are well opened on both devices ... the only common point of failure is her freephoneline configuration or a more general problem at freephoneline.
I have the perfect setup to proove that the problem is not from my configuration or setup.
Is there someone from "fongo" who can help on this ...

If you just changed your account info in your ATA and not something else like add it to line 2 or use a different ATA, you will be best to PM your number and a link to the thread to Fongo Support (he has a green name on the forum) and he will be able to help you.
It is probably just a router problem somewhere, but it will be just as well to get him to have a quick look at the account in case something obvious stands out.
