Hello Fongo,
I have been having trouble since the start of my service where sometimes there won’t be any incoming calls at all.
The phone line only works half of the time, and other half of the time it just won't receive income calls.
I have been missing important calls, because people were not able to reach me.
As a replacement phone service, this has been very troubling for quite some time now.
We have contacted tech support over the months.
Yes, our ports are wide open.
Yes, we have checked with 4 different wireless and wired phones.
(If it works SOMETIME that means ports can’t be blocked and my handset is normal anyways, but support told me to do it... Oh well...)
Yes, we did follow ATA Config - Grandstream HT-701 and nothing good came out.
And Yes, we upgraded the firmware according to the support page.
After I called in several times, none of the supports were able to fix my problem; they always answered "I would need to escalate this to higher management" and NEVER got any message since. (at least 2 months have past already )
Recently, I told my situation to a friend, and he kindly offered to let me borrow his VoIP ATA from Linksys, and so far it works perfectly for the entire week. But, now he needs the ATA back so I cannot use it any longer,With that, I think my issue might be coming from the ATA itself and not the account. Based on that line of though, I would like to have an ATA replacement request. Are there any instructions as to how would I go in doing that?

Assuming that you have firmware 1.0.43, which is latest approved, there should be no issue.
Please send me PM with the telephone number associated with the account and I will have a look.
Thanks,
