This problem I am going to describe happens more often than desired, sometimes after hanging up, or other times after not using my phone at all for a long time:
When I pick up the phone, my HT701 says "device not registered" and the TEL led appears off.
I cannot use the service and I have NOT changed any configuration settings.
I tried several NAT Traversal options and it makes no difference.
The only way I found to resolve this is by rebooting the device. This is very inconvenient and happens often.
Please help.
Thank you

Please see below- this should resolve the issue permanently:
FXS Port:
Nat traversal(STUN) should be setup as "No, but send keep alive"- firmware 1.0.18-.1.0.43
For firmware version 1.0.43 and newer, please change it from "NO" to "Keep Alive"
Advanced settings:
STUN server is: this entry should be blank
Keep-alive Interval: should be 20.
Thanks,
