Option 3 in voicemail do nothing

Hi all i'm new with freephone line. I have it setup using Linksys PAP2T all incoming and outgoing calls work fine. I only have one issue so far, I can't get to the personal options, when I dial *98 I can hear the message press 3 for personal options but when I press it nothing happen, only after a few second I get disconnected.

please need help
