Troubles with setup

So I emailed fongo to report an issue with my internet not working, they replied and told me to scratch the warrant sticker off the modem and hold the reset button. I don't know if this is what is supposed to happen, but there are 3 lights that are lit at the moment: power and broadband is lit green, while wireless is lit red. When I try to connect to the wifi it says I need to setup my router but I have absolutely no idea how. What service am I? Voice Router? Bridge? Routed PPP? What's the registrar link? If someone could post a step by step guide I'd be most grateful.
