Is the Network Down?

I am using the software version of FPL. When I start the program, "No connection to the server" appears in the blue box where the phone number normally shows. This is what shows after selecting Test connection:

Status: Ready
Results: Server temporary unavailable.
Sound data transfer: Unable to send/receive sound data! Port 13000 should be available.
Possible reasons:
1. Call Service temporary unavailable <sic>
Please excuse us for your inconvenience. The service will be available soon.
Possible upgrade to the VOIP server is being applied at this moment.

The results are the same on two different computers. This has been occurring the past couple of days, so it doesn't seem temporary. Could there be a problem on my end or is the network down?

There was an upgrade a little while back. Have you updated the software?

I just checked mine and it connected in fine.
