DellVoice Desktop app

HI All
I have a Dv Desktop app, (DellVoice 1.1.0 © Fongo Inc., Inc, 2011), Last time i used it was MARCH/11/2013 and it was working.
all internet setting are the same... Now when i try to connect the DV DESKTOP app , i get this msg:
"unable to open internet connection , please check if Dell Voice is blocked by a firewall"
NOW i know its not blocked by any firewall, bc the setting are same since i last used the application.!

MY Questions:
1) is my version outdated? and if so, where to download the latest DESKTOP version?
2) is dellvoice Desktop app not working anymore?/out of service? /discontinued?
3) if i can not access my dellvoice desktop app How am i suppose to keep my # active within the 90 days frame?

Another one here with the same problem.
Did not use the app for 2 weeks then suddenly last night the same error as the one posted by nps.

Running (Windows 7 x64 Laptop)-(Windows 7 x32 Tablet) and (Windows XP SP3 x32 Laptop).

By check the fongo.com, if you click desktop, the website will go to freephoneline website.

Looks like the fongo desktop version is not available.

Can fongo staff confirm this information?

Just found this in knowledge base , posted in February:

The Fongo desktop application is currently unavailable for download. Please note an improved version will be available for use in the near future.

If you already have the Dell Voice desktop application downloaded, you can continue to use your Fongo mobile credentials to login and make and receive calls. Please note we are unable to provide troubleshooting at this time.
