Hey all,
I have been having this issue recurring every time the balance has run out now for the last three times:
My account is set up to auto-renew, with a $20 renew rate. It has not worked the last three times my balance has fallen below $20. I have seen other people have the same problem and I need to know whether or not this is something that can be resolved properly.
I had considered turning off auto-renew and turning it back on, however it also looks like the only available option is he $5 option, which I don't want to do because we call the US quite often and since the turnaround time is often 24 hours, it means not being able to call family each time the balance runs out.
So I have personally contacted the company each time, however this time the charge has shown up on our credit card, but there is no service - balance insufficient.
Now I don't even see where the balance value is supposed to be listed on the website, and I have been unable to call now for a week.
Somebody please help,
