Voicemail Message Lost (Freephoneline)

I just realize that my Freephoneline number cannot save any voice messages. Caller can hear voice mailbox greeting after several rings, but no matter whatever message left, it would never save in voicemail box, that is always empty. I have tried to leave myself messages from 2 different phone number. I don't know when this issue happened, but I know it's been a long time I haven't received any messages (1+ year). Can someone verify the issue ?

Log in to the FPL Portal, check your voicemail settings. If you have it set to forward (not copy) to an email address then that is where your vmail messages are going. If it's set to copy or none then the messages *should* be in your mailbox.

Checked voicemail settings, The "voicemail to email" is set to " copy ". I had received email copy when there was a message left, but neither inbox or email has a copy of what whatever message left. Tried again today, message got lost again. So weird. Can anyone try on your number and let me know ?
