Freephone line error message

Possible reasons for having "No Connection": 1. Your firewall is blocking the VOIP traffic of the Freephoneline softphone. Try unblocking UDP ports 6060 and 13000 in your firewall. 2. If unblocking the ports in your firewall doesn't work, then configure your internet router to forward those ports to the computer using the softphone. Your router manual or manufacturer can assist in doing this. 3. No connection to the internet 4. SIP traffic may be filtered on your internet connection. 5. Ports 6060 and/or 13000 may be in use by another application or process 6. Call Service temporary unavailable.

SO I OPENED A PORT AND SET IT AS A TRUSTED APPLICATION IN FIREWALL MIND YOU THIS WAS WORKING ALL ALONG JUST RECENTLY GO THIS MESSAGE AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED ON MY SYSTEM
THEN I REALISED IT WOULD NOT FIX SO I DELETED IT RE-DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN WHEN I DID IT DOWNLOADED THE NEW VERSION WHICH DOES NOT HAVE ANY WAY TO ADJUST THE SETTING OF YOUR HEADSET TO CHECK YOUR MIC AND HEAD SET IS WORKING WITH THE DEVICE SO AGAIN IT WORKS BUT THIS TIME NO ONE CAN HEAR YOU BECAUSE NO MENU TO ALLOW YOU TO CHANGE OR MODIFY YOUR HEAD SET OR MIC SETTING.
THIS IS FRUSTRATING BECAUSE THIS IS A MAIN NUMBER FOR ME AND A LOT OF COMPANIES HAVE THIS NUMBER SO i NEED IT WORKING ASAP
WHAT DO i NEED TO DO I JUST ONCE AGAIN UN-INSTALLED IT AND REINSTALLED THE OLDER VERSION THING IS THIS ONE REFUSES TO CONNECT WITH A CONSTANT ERROR THAT IT CANNOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET??
