Post by qyo001 »

Hello ,
Is anybody know how to speed up the process to getting config file/activation from FPL?
They promised to do ti within 10 business days , but already more then 30 passed by - no news . Somebody called me the same day I send a requests , got my visa card information , but since then nothing (visa was not charged as well).

Forget to tell - the phone # is not important because admin has it and gave me my config file :)

I'm wondering if you have logged into the portal and check the SIP tab. All of the information should be there. Was your credit card charged by chance?

That's the only tabs I have on my FPL page :

-My details
-Change details
-Followme settings
-Search peopole
-My contacts
-Call logs
-Mailbox
-Logout

Nothing about Sip . Probably it will come when activated...?

My credit was charged today, but there's no SIP Setting tab in my profile.
