I have no dial tone this morning, reset my stuff but looks like it's FPL issue...??

Try going through the reboot cycle. Turn off the PAP2, router and modem and wait 10 minutes. Then, turn on the modem,wait until connected and then turn on the router - once connected then turn on the ATA. Does it work?
