No incoming call with Spa3102 behind cisco router

Hi there,

I can only make outgoing call. Incoming call answered by voice mail.

I use static ip for my spa 3102,which is behind cisco router , I setup port forwarding TCP&UDP 5060&5061 to SPA 3102? Any more port needed?

below is what I can see from the router,

I'm sure my port forwarding is correct.
