Stopped receiving incoming calls

Stopped receiving incoming calls
I have a fully set up freephoneline system - PAP2 set up as DMZ of a Netgear router. It used to work just fine until a few days ago and now all incoming calls go directly to voicemail. I checked and double-checked the configuration on both ATA and router, I have tried connecting the ATA directly to the modem and I always get the same result. Freephonelines website shows my ATA as connected and outgoing calls are just fine. What else should I do to receive incoming calls?

Please ensure that your ATA is configured as per below:

I have updated the config, rebooted the ATA and I still have the same problem..

I have just verified that the desktop app works fine when receiving calls. It must be a problem with the ATA.

Problem solved - I did a factory reset of the ATA and entered the config again, that helped!
