Cisco SPA 122: Can not hear receiving end

Hello!

I purchased the Cisco SPA 122 ATA device from local retailer and the VOIP unlock code from Freephoneline. I entered all the settings, but I could not hear the receiving end when I am making a call from my end. Same vice versa. The only time when I can hear the receiving end is when I am calling another Freephoneline number. Can you someone please help?

I followed the setup procedure:

SIP tab:
RTP Parameters

- Ring Waveform: Sinusoid
- Ring Voltage: 90
- Ring Frequency: 52

SIP Settings
- SIP transport: UDP
- SIP Port: 5060

Proxy and Registration
- Proxy: voip.freephoneline.ca
- Register: Yes
- Register Expires: 3600

Subscriber Information
- User ID: 1647xxxxxxx (freephonline phone number)
- Password; provided by FreePhoneLine

Audio Configuration
- Preferred Codec: G711u
- Secondary Preferred Codec: G729a
- Third Preferred Codec: G711a
- Use Pref Codec Only: No

Dial Plan: (911|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|98*|[6-7]x*xxxxxxxxxxx.)

I also put the ATA into bridged mode. Am I missing any settings?

I am having the same issue with an other Cisco ATA, although it is an older one: PAP2-NA. I purchased two sets of Unlock Keys from Fongo: one last year and one this year for my second device. Using the same equipment and identical settings, and only changing the User ID and Password in the Configuration Menu, the old Unlock Key works great, but the new one that I purchased on March 28, 2013 experiences the exact issue as described above. I double and tripple checked it over several days just to be sure: one Unlock Key works and the other does not on the same equipment and on the same settings. I wonder if the issue is on Fongo's end... PV1238 - When did you purchase your Unlock Key?

I've found this thread on the Forum that may help:

The response from the moderator may help. I had to send him a PM and now I am waiting for a response. My issue is the same as the one on that thread and yours may be the same as well. You just don't have to Unlock Keys to test it...
