Hello
AtA: Spa2002 Router: TP-Link Modem: Motorolla SB
I had Dsl internet every thing was working fine. i changed to cable internet and now just outgoing voice but no incoming voice at all all the time.
When i connect the system abck to DSL the phone line works great.
When i connect the ATA direct to the modem the phone line work good too.
I tried everything on the router and on the ATA (NAT mapping..DMZ...Firewall...Etc) Nothing helps.
Can you please tell me what to do?

There are a few things you can try.
1. Please check your ATA config against the below:
http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=310
2. Go to your ata config, and under SIP tab you can see what ports are used for audio- I believe they are UDP 16384-16482
3. Go to you router, and fwd those ports for the IP of your ATA
Optional: Login into your router and disable SIP ALG and H323 ALG

test the line after the changes and let me know.
Thanks,

Re: one way voice on cable internet
thanks for the reply
I tried these suggestions. nothing helped
but what I tried also is: since I have another old working perfectly FPL account on another ATA (Spa-3000 on the same router), I used the user name and password of the new account
on the old perfectly working ATA and the result was the same one way voice problem. that made think that problem could be related to the new account with FPL and not on my network system. So what I tried next was: connecting the new ATA (SPA2002) with new FPL account directly on the cable modem...and it worked fine (shocking right!?)
thanks
