The Follow Me is not working today... it either keeps ringing or goes to FPL voicemail.
I just tried to change the "number of rings" from 6 to 8, but I keep getting the following error message:
"The Follow Me Number you have entered is not valid"
I signed up for FPL when they first launched and the Follow Me settings have remained the same:
Status: Enable
Ring Mode: Sequential
Follow Me Mode: Always Call Forward
Follow Me number: 1604XXXXXXX
Number of rings: 6
(the Follow Me number is a cell phone)
Could someone please help...
