Can not recieve incoming calls

Can not recieve incoming calls

Hello

I am new to FPL the line worked fine for the first 3 week or so.
but suddenly and without any changes to the network or the adapter, i am not able to receive calls, the call goes directly to VM.
i can make outgoing calls with no problem.
i tried my account on fongo app on my mobile with the mobile network and i have the same problem.
please help
