Hi,
On April 16th I registered to receive your home phone device and service. You have billed for this service but at this time the device has not been delivered. I have left four phone messages. Emailed three times with no response. In addition I have no ability to login to my account to see any details as your system will not accept my login. I would like a response to this issue ASAP to resolve the issue of not receiving my device. Otherwise I shall have no recourse but to employ legal methods of dealing with this as I can get no response from Fongo to indicate that they are even a valid company. Yes I am very unhappy with your service at this time!!!!
