Hi,

Four days ago I got an error message, today when I tried I got the same error message from Freephoneline website when trying to port my phone number and pay online:

Error: PaymenTech error: Transaction error: 'Merchant Override Decline'

I can't transfer my phone number, because the website does not handle the transaction, moreover my Credit Card company comfirmed that the transaction is in 'Pending' state in their site.

I sent an email to porting@fongo.com and billing@fongo.com, on May 4th explaining the problem and sending screenshots with the error - never got a replay from them.

Can you please help with porting the number and/or fixing this issue?

I tried to enter the address differently, but because I don't know what exactly creates the problem, it could take really long time figure it out from my end.

I still don't have a resolution on this. I got a ticket number, emailed, but stil can't pay for the number transfer.
Also I would need the key(purchase for $50), but I would like to make sure that I don't have issues I had trying to pay for the number transfer...

Simple - I want to pay and port my number! It seems Fongo does not want new customers?

I am wondering how good the service will be after I paid and I need suport....
