Setting voicemail to send to email

Hello,

I tried setting this option to also send to email on the Change Details page but when doing so, it says my FPL number cannot be the same as Other Number (or something similar to that), and it won't let me save.

Is there a way around this?

Not too sure what you are saying, delete your "Other Number" and change the setting - Is it saying that even if there is nothing in the Other Number box?

I cannot delete my other number since it was my original phone number I used to subscribe, then I ported the number. It does not allow me to go into the OTHER PHONE NUMBER field to change it.

The message that comes up says the OTHER number cannot be an FPL number.

Thank you...I noticed it I incorrectly put 641, it should be 647. Can you please update, or does this matter really since I've already registered?

This can now be updated by you, by going into your account management profile and clicking "Change Details", and yes I left that out since it crossed my mind that you may not have wanted your number forwarded to Iowa.
