HT502 1.0.9.1 SIP REGISTER returning 401 Randomly?

I am checking my HT502 syslogs and notice that I see a bunch of 401 errors.

Is there a SIP server guy who can figure out what exactly is going on if I forward my IP address, account information, and the time this was logged?

SIPClientTransaction::sendRequest: Request 39 is sent
SIPStack(0)::cb_rcvreqrexmit: Resend for transaction 39(REGISTER)
SIPStack(0)::cb_rcv4xx: Received 401 response for transaction 39(REGISTER)
SIPTransaction::waitForResponse: Request 39 got status code 401
The next transaction (40) for REGISTER does go through with status 200 OK.
