Porting issue not resolved and no replies from your side yet

I have been trying to contact you through your support contact us forum, emails, support ticket and even though you auto reply back that you will contact me with in 2 to 3 days time I am still waiting after two weeks for your reply.

The issue was you were porting the wrong number. I have given you the correct number to port and still no replies. I have given a month notice to my previous phone company and my very old number has been disconnected and still nothing heard from your side. Do you guys even check customer emails?

I am sorry to say but I am very disappointed with your customer service. I am still waiting now for more than two weeks for your reply. This is just not right.

FYI to clients: when porting on another person's behalf (e.g., your Mom), please make sure we have appropriate correspondence information (i.e., the correct email address) -- otherwise, as in this case, all emails that we have sent to contact you will be going to an incorrect email address.
