New register, problem when calling Rogers or bell number

Hi, I have just registered FPL number yesterday, followed instruction online to set up from FPL forum. Everything is ok until I tried to call Rogers or bell numbers: people can hear me well, but I can't hear them at all. When I tried to dial a number, I couldn't hear nothing except a silence. But when I tried to call FPL number, everything is working fine. The line worked perfectly. Can somebody explain for me why please ?

What is the model of your ata, router, etc.

Ata: linksys pap2t
Modem asus rt12 I think
Just try to port fowarding as well, but the problem still happened
But when I used somebody else, like old number, I uses my friend account ( phone number and password) it works fine. I think it's only for new registration. Do I need to wait for 1 or 2 days before the line works properly ?
