Hello,
I'm trying to Install Fongo app on my new HP Slate7 tablet. The tablet has Android 4.1.1 but I cannot install the app because I got a "this device is not supported" message. What seems to be the problem and how to (possibly) fix it?
Thanks.

Does your tablet have built in microphone?
Please let me know.

Hi there,boom wrote:Yes, it has.
If you device does not meet the minimum criteria to support the app, this message will be seen. This is in part a part of our quality assurance as Fongo needs to run at a certain standard.

Ok, thanks for your answer, but I don't think this is the case here.Fongo Support wrote:If you device does not meet the minimum criteria to support the app, this message will be seen. This is in part a part of our quality assurance as Fongo needs to run at a certain standard.boom wrote:Yes, it has.
HP Slate7 is far for being the best tablet, but it has Beats Audio so I think they even put a little extra on the audio quality of the device.
Maybe GooglePlay is not yet able to recognize Slate7 as an Android compatible device, perhaps because it's very new.
Do I have a way to directly install the app to avoid this verification?

There is no other way to install it - I am hoping that Google Play will add this soon:) (assuming this tablet is available in Canada)
Thanks,
