Looking at their page that lists the numbers that can be ported, it doesn't look like you can. http://support.freephoneline.ca/entries ... go-network

Some Fongo staff members have mentioned in the past that you can port a number into a different exchange (I don't know if this is true or not). The exchange you are on now is pretty limited (http://www.localcallingguide.com/lprefi ... xch=003270) and I can't see any of Fongo's numbers on there, so even if you do port your number in it will probably mean that people that could call you before locally are now having to make long distance calls. 780-778-xxxx numbers are not on their free call list, so you will have to pay to call 'local' numbers to you also. This is a list of numbers that Fibernetics (Fongo's Daddy) has in Alberta, so you could expect to be able to sign up for one of these numbers, but as I mentioned before you will be charged for calling 780-778 numbers. http://www.localcallingguide.com/lca_pr ... nextdays=0

Unfortunately right now the system does not seem to be idea for you in a few ways. Using the links above you can try and see if anything will work for you though. If you find you are paying a lot of long distance charges (as your exchange is pretty limited to local calling numbers) it might be worth setting up Fongo on a mobile, or the desktop app.
