Hi,

I am currently a freephoneline customer and I'm moving within the same city - actually just down the street. i want to keep my same FFL #. Wondering what i need to do? Can i simply unplug my ata adapter from my old place and plug it into my new place?

Hi there,

There is no action required from your end other than logging in into your account online and update your address for e911.

as long as the new place has internet, all you need to to is to connect ATA to power and internet.
