I have no service. I have send complaint to support and no action yet. I can't make a call to out side and also if someone is calling me getting a message " The person you are trying to reach is not available" .Please look in to and fix it. 9XXXXXXXXXX

Hi there,
Please try to power off equipment: modem, router and ATA for at least 15-20 minutes and connect again after 20 minutes, starting with the modem.
Try testing the line(s) after this - should be ok.
Please let me know.

I was trying all that you have sugested since morning and now automatically start working.
