Problem with Rogers, bell number

Hi,
Just registered yesterday, but I have a problem with dialing to Rogers or bell number, got one way audio, the other side can hear me well, but I can't hear them at all.
But when I dial to a FPL numbers, it's ok.
Can somebody help please? ( I followed fongo intruction for the set up)
