Vancouver now has new local Area Code 236, but nothing shows Fongo database!
also is it possible to get new number in 236 ?

Looking at the allocation rundown, I would say there are not many 236 calls being made at the moment. http://cnac.ca/data/ac236.htm Only Iristel seems to have numbers allocated, the rest are just testing.
Anyway, I can't see Fibernetics on that list, so unless the list is not up to date there is no chance of getting a 236 number from Fongo at the moment. As for porting it in - that will depend on what number and what exchange it is on. They can port to quite a few exchanges in Vancouver so I would say there would be a good chance.
On a side note, wasn't it just a little while ago that the 778 code was introduced there? Are things really expanding that quickly that they need to overlay another number?
