When will pay-per-use long distance be available?

When will single-stage dialing for long distance be available?

These are the features which are preventing me from dropping Bell and switching over completely. In order to be accepted in our home it has to work just like the regular phone - transparent to the family - no extra steps or access numbers to dial to make a call.

Of course - I cannot release an ETA as of yes, since it is pushed further and further in the future, but soon it will be up and running.

Soon like a month or soon relative to when dinosaurs roamed the earth? I think there have been references to pay-per-use long distance coming soon on the website for about a year now.
