Taking over an account

Hi,
I sent a support ticket on this topic (and another on the ticket), and the support replied and asked me my contact number and the best time they can call- I replied back giving the information but the support did not call me. I am writing this again here because it is a bit urgent. Please either answer through tickets or by replying here. I am not available on the phone for the next couple of days. The ticket number is #23585. Below is the question.

I have been using the Fongo home phone for my business without any issues.
I recently sold my business to my friend and she wants to take over the phone/phone number.
How can she, or can she actually take over my current account?
(I will rent her the device).

I could update the info to her name and address etc. but I cannot update her credit card information (monthly payment).
The business takeover occurs on this Saturday so I would like to solve it by then.
