Assigned Phone Number

I would like to change the assigned phone number. I wasn't paying close enough attention when the number was assigned and I have ended up with a number that is LD for everyone in my area - help!!!

Just delete the account and sign up again. If you have bought the unlock key or long distance credits then you will loose those unfortunately. EDIT** to delete your account, log in and then click on the 'Account Settings' link towards the top. This will bring you to a page where you can change your email address, contact number and password. If you look to the right of the password field you will see a link to delete the account.

If you have another email address, you can keep the number you have now and just open another one.

One thing I will mention is if you do not use the account for 3 months then it will be closed anyway, but you will get emails about this before it actually gets shut if you want to keep it. In order to keep it active, you basically just have to use it once then the 3 months count starts again.
