outbound call no audio in spa 112

hi.
i have spa 112 when i making call there is no audio ,i dont how to fix, i m using voip2.freephoneline.ca proxy
before it was working just 3 days ago it stop working only inbound call only ,no outbound call.I have latest firmware.
Please help me.
