Move Order

Post by Bloodsong »

A Move order process:

Whereby a user, can apply to have their Phone# associated with their account changed (rather than signing up a new account)
And in the case of hardware users, have their config file moved.

I'm not saying do it for free, but especially with hardphone users, there'd be a noticeable value here. ($25 instead of $50 or some such?)
Afterall moving is an expensive and stressful time for anyone without having to worry if their ATA's going to work.

Note:
I recall some conversations before about the back-end setup and how it affects the ability/in-ability to write in new phone numbers and associated mail-boxes, so preparing for this functionality may be a way off I realize, but hey. That's why it's a suggestion box ;)
