Is this at the beginning of the call or intermittently throughout?

Could you give me the approximate time of the calls, and if they are consistant? ie. Always after 5pm, before 12pm...

Okay, thanks. Could you email (admin(at)freephoneline.ca) me your phone number and I will look into it - What I'm thinking is it has something to do with a) the time of the call and b) your network.

What I would like is to know the following about what you're using hardware wise in your network:

ATA
Router
Modem (if you have one)
TYPE of internet (DSL/Cable/WiMAX)

Also what you did initially, if you had to, to get it all to work - ie. DMZ, port forwarding/triggering.

Thanks!
