Follow me numbers

I had 3 follow me numbers and wanted to make a change to one of the numbers, so I deleted one and tried to add a new number. The notice on the desktop application states that I cannot add any more follow me numbers. Now I only have 2 follow me numbers and would like to get back the third option. How can I reset the data so that I can add a third number?
