No Service - No Dial-tone

Post by veej »

We have had no dial-tone since yesterday. We tried everything such as resetting the router, the adapter, waited a while and still no change. We have a Linksys voip adapter and it's working fine with all lights green. Please help!

I have powered off the adapter and router and waited 15 mins before restarting and
still cannot receive incoming or out going calls. I have also downloaded the latest desktop
app and its working.
I am not sure what to do next, please help!

It happened to me as well. no service and all lights were on.. I turned out to be that my spa3102 became faulty. ..see my post check tel line. I bought a new spa122 and the service was working. .. tried my spa3102 again and it was not working.

I did exactly as you instructed and now we have the same situation. The phone does not work. (2.36pm)
We have no dial tone still. Do you think its the adapter itself. Please advise.

ok so after troubleshooting and buying a new adapter, the problem is now that the phone only works unless it is directly connected to the adapter. if it's not connected there's no dial tone. anyone know what the problem could be?

Could you explain yourself a bit more please. I read your post several times and I don't fully understand what you are saying.
