I am unable to Buy 2nd Unlock Key for my Friend

Hi Jake, i am trying to buy Unlock Key for my Friend (this is very first time i am trying to buy unlock key for friend, which is not success), so I give my exact correct Name & Address with diffrent Email address. So I got a New Phone#437 for Toronto area which is not 647 & not 416. So i mean i got 437 area code for TORONTO.

After this I was trying to use my Card to buy UNLOCK Key, so I keep on try many times, so finally my Card is Lockedup by saying the following 3 errors below.
Error: PaymenTech error: Transaction error: 'Do Not Honor'
Error: Invalid Payment Information.
Error: Maximum attempts reached.
Then I tried after 24 hours & 48 hours, still my Card not goes.

Note for Jake : Beofre buying this Unlock Key, I ask so you said the procedure to buy Unlock Key for FRIENDS & FAMILY (1st i need to buy key on my Name then I need to transfer on my Friend Name & Address). But this Procedure is not working & my Card is LockUP, so I can't do any thing to buy Key, untill FPL fix the issue on their site.

So I send the email to 4 diffrent FPL Staff members, till now i did not get any reply to my email.

hi there, I even can't open the "SUPPORT TICKET", because the fongo site is saying "INVALID PHONE NUMBER", 437-000-0000 number issued by fongo site. I tried many times from last 3 days. So i am unable to open SUPPORT TICKET.

Hope you are going to help me in this situation.

I'm afraid I cannot help you as this isn't something that the forum can help you with. Your only option is to get a support ticket opened and PM fongo Support. This links are in my signature for this.

I know you have said you get an error when you enter the number. Have you tried your own number?

hi there, I enter my Own Card Numbers, the errors come one by one then lockup the card.

1)--Error: PaymenTech error: Transaction error: 'Do Not Honor' -- when i try 1st time, this is the first error i got.
2)--Error: Invalid Payment Information. --- when i try 2nd time , this is the error i got.
3)--Error: Maximum attempts reached. --- when i tried 3dr & 4th time then i got this final error & my card is locked up.

after this i tried after 24 hours, same #3rd erros shows.
then i tried after 48 hours, same #3rd erros shows.


And i send 4 PM's there is no reply till now.

When I am trying to "Open a Support Ticket", it is not going, because it is saying Tel#437-000-0000 is not in FPL etc.

And I am worry about, why i am getting 437 area code number in TORONTO Area. Please let me know about this Number, belong to which CITY. Its look like this number not belong to TORONTO. May be its look like MONTRIAL Number etc.

Fongo Support should be able to help you. I do not know why you are not getting a reply from him.

437 is a valid Toronto number. I assume it is a new overlay.

It looks like they are dishing out 437-888-XXXX, 647-846-XXXX, and 647-849-XXXX numbers for Toronto, although I do know that they just released a new block for Toronto because they ran out of other numbers. The 647 numbers they have got now are probably reclaimed numbers from stale accounts or where people have ported numbers in.

alright Jake, i will happly accept 437 area code for Toronto. Now it is clear my number not belong to any other State/City where i am not living.
