Cannot set up voicemail

When I dial *98 from my free phone line and put in my number as the account number, it doesn't recognize it as a valid account. I have tried entering the number with and without a 1 at the front. HELP!!

No entirely sure what you're doing here - You're dialing *98 from a software phone or ATA?... When you dial *98 you do not have to enter your account number since you will be on your Freephoneline software phone, or ATA.
