Re: private call
What SIP ATA box are you using? On my SPA2102, I need to set "Block CID Serv" = YES in order to block caller ID.

Hi,
I'm using Siemens Gigaset C610A IP :
http://www.gigaset.com/en_US/shop/gigaset-c610a-ip.html
This is nice phone with lots of features, but no such setting - "Block CID Serv".
Any suggestion please ,
Thanks.

Re: private call
I took a read through some of the documentation on this phone, and it appears that it's not a feature that is supported on this phone set. Maybe the Fongo Support team can block something from the server side, but I am not sure I see a solution on your phone (client) side.newuser wrote:Hi,

I had a look around, and do you have the "Select Services" menu? From what I have read the ones from US/Can don't seem to have it. Anyway digging through this (http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r273294 ... 0H-US-CAN-) thread, if you don't have it they came up with this (on page 7 if you want to read it there)
This should give you access to a new menu that should allow you to do more as in the attached image (again taken from that thread). Source, dslreports.ok everyone, I have the procedure for re-instating the "Select Services" icon in the menu. This will work for the C610H add-on handsets you have where you notice that the menu looks different than the menu on the handset that came with the C610AIP system.
Get into the menu (right click silver 4-way navkey)
Type in *#7337#
Enter in the 15 digit string 52795 52281 52473
Press “ok” softkey on bottom right of screen.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I seem to stand corrected! Please let us know if this addresses the issue!
